ZHAO John Huan joined Legend Holdings in 2003, and served as the Vice President, SVP, Director and Executive Vice President; he established Hony Capital in the same year.

Mr. Zhao once taken up the senior management posts in many companies in America and China; therefore, he has rich experiences. Before joining the Group, he served as the CEO Consultant of Lenovo Group from 2002 to 2003. And he also served as the R&D Director and Senior Manager of Shure Brothers, Inc. from December 1990 to January 1995, the Vice President of US Robotics Inc. (a company listed in Nasdaq Stock Market with a stock code of USRX) from January 1995 to February 1997, the Chairman of the Board and President of Vadem, Inc. for March 1997 to December 1999, the Chairman of the Board and President of Infolio Inc. from December 1999 to October 2001, and the Managing Partner and CEO of eGarden Ventures, Ltd. from October 2001 to December 2002.

Mr. Zhao received his Bachelor of Science from Nanjing University in July 1984, the Master of Science from Northern Illinois University in May 1990 and the Master of Business Administration from Kellogg School of Management of Northwestern University in June 1996.

ZHAO John Huan has won many honors at home and abroad, including the 11th ranking of the 100 Most Influential of the Decade of PEI, “the Annual Leadership Award (2011)” of PE Asia, the “Best PE Professional” of AVCJ (2008 and 2011), and several investors’ awards issued by Zero2IPO Group, China Venture and Shanghai Securities News, etc.
