Mr. Liu Chuanzhi is currently the Honorary Chairman of Legend Holdings.

Mr. Liu Chuanzhi was born in 1944, and graduated from the PLA Military Telecommunication Engineering Institute (currently Xidian University) in 1966. He was a delegate to the 16th and 17th National Congresses of the Communist Party of China, a deputy to the 9th, 10th and 11th National People's Congresses, and Vice Chairman of the 8th and 9th All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce.

In 1984, funded by the Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), Mr. Liu Chuanzhi with the other 10 researchers, set up Legend in a less-than-20-square-meter bungalow of the Institute. He led the company to consistently set higher goals, drive transformation, and continuously launch new ventures.

As the founder and architect, Mr. Liu Chuanzhi made outstanding contributions to Legend's institutional and governance development, strategic planning, business expansion, management and culture, as well as talent cultivation. Under his leadership, the company achieved a series of accomplishments and laid a solid foundation for its long-term growth.
